IC provides ongoing support to you throughout the establishment phase of your investment and into the future; for as long as we can be of service to you.
What is the cost of dealing with IMAGINE CAPITAL?
We will let you know, before you make any decisions, what the cost of any service will be. We will furnish you with a clear breakdown of not just our fees but even the 3rd party fees of any referral partner.
What if I have a problem?
Please let us know if at any time you have any sort of problem, whether it be with our service or the service of any referral partner. We will work with you to solve any issue that may arise.
What if I don’t want to proceed with IMAGINE CAPITAL?
If at anytime you want to part company with us we will work with you to undo any investment you may have already entered into, as painlessly as possible.
What if I don’t want to use the professionals to whom IMAGINE CAPITAL refers me?
IC chooses its referral partners very carefully and with much deliberation. However, if for some reason you would rather us find another professional to fill that particular role, please let us know and we can have that discussion together.
